The King Suite was spacious, with a breathtaking city view from the massive balcony. The happy hour on the terrace was just what I needed after exploring the crazy streets of Osaka!
On the flip side, the outdated physical room key is a little iffy. make sure to lock that door. Plus, I found it odd that housekeeping wouldn't even tidy up the bed if the 'eco' sign was on the door. Just a quick fluff would go a long way!

missingWrote a review on Dec 06temperature control
Despite the good fan unit, the room struggled with temperature control, often feeling too warm even with the heating off. The lack of a separate toilet from the bath was something that detracted from the experience. Additionally, the restaurant reservation system seemed underwhelming and poorly managed, affecting access to highly demanded dining options.

accessible attractions and charming parks nearby enhance your stay
I loved how close this hotel was to great shopping at Grand Front Osaka just about 1.5 km away and stunning views from the Kuchu Teien Observatory only a little over 1 km away, making it perfect for my city strolls. plus, the spacious superior twin room offered plenty of comfort after my exploring days.

Convenient location for easy travel around Osaka.
The staff at reception were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When we arrived, two receptionists stared at us without assisting, and communication was very difficult due to the language barrier. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the toiletries provided were minimal, and the shower took too long to heat up.

The complimentary beverages in the lobby each evening were a delightful touch that added a nice charm to our stay.
The outdated physical room key and the lack of basic tidying when the eco sign was on the door left us feeling a bit neglected.

The Junior Suite King had spacious interiors that greatly enhanced our comfort during our stay. A built-in air purifier helped keep the room fresh, and the in-room jacuzzi jets provided deserved relaxation after long days. The balcony offered stunning views, perfect for unwinding. Unfortunately, the hotel's proximity to a raised highway created a bit of noise, but it wasn’t overwhelming. I also had an issue with the staff at reception. two seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which dampened the initial warm welcome. Despite this, the rest of the staff were friendly and provided outstanding housekeeping. Complimentary beverages in the lobby each evening added a nice touch to our trip. The decor felt modern, but there were minor signs of wear around the hotel that could use some attention to detail.

A combination of hits and misses
Incredible views from the King Suite with stunning balconies and a generous cocktail hour from 3pm to 10pm adds magic to your stay.
Despite the gorgeous layout and decor, the bathroom was cramped and shower setup was less than ideal for taller guests.
